At our farm, we specialize in growing the Borbón, Caturra, and Limaní varietals of coffee. Borbón is known for its balanced acidity and sweetness, Caturra for its complex and intense aroma, and the Limaní varietal is a special plant, having been developed IN Puerto Rico, FOR Puerto Rico. These varietals are grown in the perfect conditions of our farm, with the combination of volcanic soil and daily afternoon rains, which enhance the unique and distinctive flavor to each of the plants.

We take great care in ensuring the best quality coffee beans. Every week, we handpick only the ripest berries from our farm and use a hulling machine to separate the fruit from the coffee bean. The coffee is then fermented for a short period before being dried in the sun to bring out the best flavor. We also regularly inspect our plants to make sure they are healthy and producing the best beans possible, and work closely with agronomy experts to provide the best growing conditions from the very beginning.

Our coffee is unique because of its growing conditions, which include the volcanic soil and daily afternoon rains, as well as dedication to handpicking only the ripest berries and a careful fermentation. This process, combined with our commitment to quality, results in a rich and deep chocolate flavor with notes of vanilla and berry. Additionally, Silla de Calderòn, a beautiful and picturesque mountain range of western Puerto Rico, is home to one of the most unique (and perfect) micro climates in the coffee world.
